Terms & Conditions
[-] You must agree to our terms and conditions in order to guarantee your booking.
All bookings are subject to availability and a satisfactory number of participants in attendance. Should the need arise to cancel any course an alternative, if available, will be offered or a FULL REFUND will be given. Due to the popularity of our events, many of them are oversubscribed. It is therefore important to realise that for safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY programme to those booking by the advance date indicated on programme information literature. Any damage to property made by the customer on site will be charged to the parents/guardian. Bruce Dyer’s Love Life Soccer School (BDLLSS) cannot accept liability for any injury caused whilst travelling to and from our programmes. BDLLSS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst in attendance on, or travelling to or from one of our events. On booking you agree to the use of any photographic or video image taken whist the child is in attendance of a BDLLSS programme unless you specify otherwise to BDLLSS in an email or writing to state otherwise. The details set out in all BDLLSS literature are done so in good faith as at 1st July 2012. All courses, activities, venues and travel arrangements are subject to change according to weather, programming requirements and a satisfactory level of numbers. Children will not be moved up to an older group even if they have comparable skill level to that group if it is deemed to be putting them at risk of injury. BDLLSS reserves the right to change any information given should this be necessary for any reason. I understand that BDLLSS or the organisation providing facilities, their agents and their employees are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, loss or damage however caused whilst attending the programmes. I understand that the boys and girls may attend and participate in the programmes and I have read and accepted the conditions. In the event of an injury to my child I consent to allow them emergency treatment by a qualified first aider and give my permission for them to be taken to hospital if necessary. For safety reasons it is COMPULSORY to wear shin pads at BDLLSS which involves a contact sport. We reserve the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection. Participants require a packed lunch, plenty of fluids and suitable clothing for the conditions.
